My ideas may or may not be inventions or even new although they may appear so on the face of it, but you can be the judge, email me at Doctor37@cybervale.com. --An idea has to be market researched preliminarily and later in-depth and this is to find out if the idea (concept) is actually new. also their are usually products that are similar to your concept, then you need to know what the similarity and differences are to find out what aspect of the idea is actually new. --For an idea to be an invention, certain legalese like patent searches, patent application etc will have to be carried out and then if a patent is granted the idea is an invention. --To profit monetarily from an idea or invention, a commercial viability assessment will have to be done and then submission to manufacturers then licensing, or manufacture your idea your self. I am not a patent lawyer but this is what I understand it to be. More information at This is merely to indicate that ideas are not necessarily inventions and some of what is needed to have a chance to profit from an idea. This blog is my blog called ‘Concepts magazine Online’ it is a magazine and is published here weekly. ‘Concepts magazine online’ is intended to be publish also in printed format as an actual magazine call ‘concepts’ magazine. · It is prescription based, however, at the out set of the magazine all fees will be waived. The contents relate mainly to any thing electrical, electronic, physically mechanical, energy, artificial intelligence, robotics, computer and software. These ideas have accumulated over many years.
